Studying a technical program in the context of
mechatronics, the application of the lessons learned by building
a robot, is one educational goal. As the students are already
aware of some parts, which are needed to build a self-driving
robot, a project work has to be executed in the fourth semester.
In this paper, the structure for such a project is described by the four named areas - each presenting the requirements and expected output to fulfill the project goal.
