Project

InnoStrategy 2.0

Project

Sep 2013 - Aug 2016
The project InnoStrategy 2.0 focuses on the early stages of the innovation process and proposes that the efficiency can systematically be improved by defining an appropriate, adaptable, design-science based process framework which supports organisations in increasing their innovation capability at the Front End of Innovation. The main aim is to develop a generic process model framework applicable in organisations to systematically develop a tailored, innovation capability based process model for the early stages of the innovation process. The project has an overall volume of about 600.000€.
