Research Group Playful Interactive Environments

This research group focuses on the investigation of new and natural playful forms of interaction (eye-tracking, social co-located games), use of playful mechanisms to encourage behavioral patterns (persuasive games, gamification), perception research of computer-generated characters in cooperation with research partners in the field of media psychology, design, implementation and evaluation of interactive environments (large public displays, projection mapping, nonlinear narratives, audio reactive interaction).
