Abstract
Enterprise 2.0 based projects offer great potential for flexible, loosely-coupled integration and ad-hoc information exchange. To increase the probability to succeed in such projects, transparency, communication and participation need to be addressed by the resulting Enterprise 2.0 tools. By presenting an integrated project methodology, the authors bridge the gap between existing scientific models and requirements for Enterprise 2.0 projects. The contribution of the paper is to explain and reflect the performed methodology as well as activities and selected key results from two pilot projects and to match the results with the main success factors which were derived from literature. With it, it provides elaborative insights into key features of Enterprise 2.0 platforms and project management.
