Abstract:
Technical redundancy, caused by missing linking identifiers or multiple submissions of identical information, poses a major problem during biological data integration. Within the scope of the InSilico Proteomics (ISP) project, publicly available protein-protein interaction (PPI) data are integrated and conferred to generate a non-redundant, comprehensive PPI data pool.
