Abstract:

Therapy modeling and planning is a very complex task. One of its crucial aspects is the derivation of therapeutic models taking into account the dynamic aspect of alert states of patient and ordered medications. This paper deals with data driven therapy modeling based on alignment methods of patient trials and trials clustering. The trial clusters are used to construct profile based therapy model.
